We are heading into a potent eclipse season, closing the Year of the Snake, and stepping toward the bold energy of the Year of the Fire Horse.

Before moving forward, this evening is about integrating the work you have done.

Releasing what you no longer need to carry.
Honouring how far you’ve come.
Anchoring the shifts that have already begun.

We will move through gentle embodiment, meditation, reflection, and supportive breathwork in a grounded, safe space.
