Dr. Sarah Brill-Morgan BSc, ND

Naturopathic Doctor

I’m Dr. Sarah ND - but I’m not your typical doctor. I’m a guide, a disruptor, a truth-seeker, and a shamanic practitioner (in-training). I co-founded Wild Medicine to be more than just a clinic, it’s a space for deep healing, radical self-reclamation, and whole-body transformation.

My path has never been conventional. From the shanty towns of Lima to the jungles of Bali to the depths of my own healing, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, those seeking answers, those seeking themselves. I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound shifts that happen when people reconnect with their bodies, shed outdated narratives, and reclaim their innate power.

I work with those who are tired of feeling disconnected from their own bodies, those who have been told their symptoms are “normal” when they don’t feel that way, who sense that something deeper is going on but haven’t been given the full picture. My purpose is to help you decode the wisdom of your body, uncover the root causes of your symptoms, and empower you with the knowledge to take charge of your health. This isn’t about quick fixes; this is about deep, lasting transformation.

I earned my Doctorate of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, training at North America’s largest naturopathic clinic. I’ve provided care in remote communities across South and Central America, meeting people where they were, offering what was needed most.

My special interests include hormonal + thyroid health, chronic infections, mold illness, Long COVID, and vaccine injuries. My approach goes far beyond lab results—it’s about how you feel in your skin, how you move through the world, and how deeply you trust yourself and your body. I also have prescribing rights and incorporate bio-identical hormone therapy (BHRT) and thyroid medication when needed, blending ancient wisdom with modern science to help people reclaim their health on every level.

I help my patients understand what’s actually going on inside their bodies - no more guessing, no more feeling dismissed. Through my work, you’ll learn how to listen to your body’s signals, support your healing with the right tools, and feel confident on your wellness journey.

I am here to redefine healing.

I am here to challenge the systems that keep us small.

I am here to dismantle the stories that tell us we are broken.

My purpose is to ignite something bigger - a movement that brings us back to ourselves, back to community, back to the wild. My mission is clear: change the world - one person, one soul, one community at a time.

And that change starts with you.

I work with women who are ready to transform their health - not just on the surface, but from the inside out. Women who are done with burnout, chasing perfection, and following wellness plans that feel more like punishment than nourishment.

And I get it - because I’ve been there.

When I became a mother, everything shifted. Suddenly, I was pouring from an empty cup, showing up for everyone but myself. I tried to fix it with all the usual things like clean eating, structured routines, better habits. But something was still missing.

What I really needed wasn’t another plan, I needed to slow down and actually listen to my body. Healing didn’t come from doing more. It came from doing it differently, more intentionally, more gently, and in a way that actually fit my life.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to change your diet or lifestyle. You’ve tried to be “good,” followed the rules, counted the macros. And maybe some of it helped. But deep down, you know this isn’t really about food. It’s about how long you’ve been disconnected from your own body. It’s about how often you’ve been running on empty, numbing, pushing, surviving. It’s about that quiet voice inside you that’s been asking for something more.

That’s the heart of my work now.

I guide women back to the wisdom they already carry. Together, we weave holistic nutrition, mindset coaching, nervous system regulation, and simple, sustainable rituals to help you reconnect with your body, your energy, and your truth.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning what your body actually needs and building a life that honours that.

Because real, lasting change happens when you:

  • Stop fighting your body and start working with it

  • Nourish yourself instead of depriving yourself

  • Understand your patterns and know how to shift them

  • Regulate your nervous system and reclaim your energy

  • Create habits and a mindset that feel natural, not forced

With over 12 years of experience working closely with women in clinics, group programs, and one-on-one coaching, I’ve supported hundreds of women through every stage of their health journey. I’ve seen the patterns: burnout, disconnection, chasing perfection through diets and routines that don’t last. And I’ve learned that true transformation doesn’t come from a meal plan, it comes from reconnecting to your body, understanding your patterns, and creating space for real, lasting change.
