When we struggle to say no, speak up, or prioritize our own needs, it often reflects a disconnect from our inherent value. And when we begin to remember that value, boundaries become less about protection and more about self-respect.
Through guided meditation, somatic practices, journaling, and heart-led sharing, you’ll be supported in:
