The Nervous System Reset: Understanding Stress and Building Capacity

Who it’s for
For the woman who keeps it together. The one who carries the mental load, shows up for everyone, and handles things… until her body and mind start feeling exhausted, tired, snappy, or overstimulated. It's as if you can never truly rest.

What we’ll do
Dr. Sarah and Laura are going to break down what’s actually happening in your body when you’re under stress, why women feel it the way we do, and why “rest” doesn’t always feel restful when your system is running on pressure. You’ll leave with a new understanding that makes things click and a few simple ways to shift your state in the middle of real life.

Guided Practice

We’ll end with a dreamy, guided drop in. An instant nervous system reset. You’ll be led through a slow exhale, softening your body, unwinding the day, and landing somewhere gently inside yourself.

Save your spot!

Recording will be sent if you cannot make it live.
