Step into sacred space with Heart Medicine, a community cacao circle designed to nourish your body, heart, and spirit. This is an offering to support you in exploring the wisdom of the heart, connecting with community, and strengthening your capacity to live from love.

Together, we’ll share in the gentle medicine of ceremonial cacao and move through gentle movement, meditation and reflection that invite presence, connection, and ease.

Ceremonial cacao has been honored for centuries as a sacred plant ally, often used to invite openness, strengthen the energy of the heart, and deepen connection. In this circle, we’ll explore how cacao supports us in softening inward and expanding into loving presence. 

No previous experience is needed, all are welcome.
