The Integration Ceremony is about realizing how far we’ve actually come on our journeys. Whether you’re healing a chronic condition, still in it with symptoms, rebuilding confidence in your body through weight loss, moving through personal or family transitions, or just trying to hold onto new habits that make you feel better.
So much of this work happens unseen.
This evening is about integrating the work you have done.
Releasing what you no longer need to carry.
Honouring how far you’ve come.
Anchoring the shifts that have already begun.
We will move through gentle breathwork, a guided journey and reflection in a grounded, space
