The Strong One is a 6-week journey designed for women who have spent their lives showing up for everyone else, and are ready to finally show up for themselves.

    Untangling self-worth from being needed, liked, or constantly available. We will let go of the roles and responsibilities that aren’t yours to hold anymore.

  • Week 3: The Unburdening

    How to protect your energy without guilt, and communicate limits with clarity and grace.

  • Week 4: The Receiving

    Working with the nervous system to make it safe to ask for and accept support, without guilt or apology.

  • Week 5: The Softening

    Finding safety in slowing down and resting to restore your body, mind and soul.

  • Week 6: The Homecoming

    Reclaiming your truth, your joy, and your way of being in the world.
